What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we only accept bank transfers and PayNow.
For bank transfers, kindly do make out your transfers to the following:

*Kindly do send a screenshot of the transfer to 83500998 (Whatsapp) and state your invoice number.
How will I know my order is successful?
After making payment via bank transfer or PayNow, please do send a screenshot of the payment to 83500998 (Whatsapp), stating your invoice number.
We will acknowledge your order and payment in message, via Whatsapp. Alternatively, you may call us anytime to check on the status of your order.
Kindly do note that no orders will be processed or shipped without our prior acknowledgement.
Do you ship internationally?
Presently, we only ship within Singapore. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
How do you ship my orders?
Orders are fulfilled via, self-collection or FREE Shipping.
If opting for self-collection, you may collect your purchases at the following address:

Collection Hours: Mon - Fri (9 am to 5 pm)
*Kindly do note that we do have Cash on Delivery terms and you may not pay at our receptionist upon collection.

If opting for FREE shipping, your purchases will shipped via postage or delivery, depending on the dimensions and weight of your purchases.
For dimension NOT EXCEEDING 324mm x 229mm x 65mm or weight NOT EXCEEDING 2kg, your purchase will be shipped via SingPost Standard Mail (Non-registered).
For dimension EXCEEDING 324mm x 229mm x 65mm or weight EXCEEDING 2kg, your purchase will be shipped via delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Customers should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

How can I track my orders & payment?
For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from Singapore Post Limited (SingPost), via email.
